Senator Tom Daschle talked about his new book on healthcare called Critical. Daschle’s healthcare plan is to create a “Federal Reserve Board” for health because, according to him, Congress isn’t good at making healthcare decisions. This piece did not go into any depth about Daschle's plan. John Stewart asked him one critical question about his plan, and then made some jokes about an aspect of the healthcare system.
